Our signature steaks are a cut above in every way and you will taste why from the very first bite. We pay a lot of attention to our steaks long before they get to your table.
 
First, we select only the finest shells available directly from the market docks in the heart of New York City's famed meat packing district. With weeks of careful attention, in our specially constructed aging rooms under special lights and circulating fans to produce tasty, tender cuts of prime beef that rival even the legendary old steak houses of New York City.

For those who prefer it, our Marinated Steaks are bathed in a carefully prepared sauce for three full days, until the unique flavor of our secret family recipe permeates every succulent bite.

Our generous portions of vegetables are all farm fresh and prepared to your order. Our potatoes are Idaho giants, sure to please even the heartiest appetite.
